Includer
My passion is creating a safe space for vulnerability, gathering voices together to create a community and learn from one another. I enjoy learning about the unique experiences different people take away from different situations. Clifton StrengthsFinder describes Includer as, “RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: People exceptionally talented in the Includer theme accept others. They show awareness of those who feel left out and make an effort to include them.”
WOO
WOO stands for Winning Others Over. I love getting to know people, finding the amazing qualities in each and every individual, watching how their talents play out in their lives. StrengthsFinder defines WOO as an influencing quality, “People exceptionally talented in the Woo theme love the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over. They derive satisfaction from breaking the ice and making a connection with someone.”
Futuristic
Futuristic perfectly describes my everyday mindset. I always challenge myself to stay excited for something, even if it’s just waking up in the morning. This strength comes into play when I rally a team when working toward a goal, as well as supporting and motivating others on their own personal journeys. According to StrengthsFinder, “People exceptionally talented in the Futuristic theme are inspired by the future and what could be. They energize others with their visions of the future.”
Empathy
I never want to discount someone else’s voice or feelings. I want to include and acknowledge people, finding unique ways that we can all contribute to a common goal. In other words, I greatly value efficiency with empathy. My StrengthsFinder results describe empathy as a relationship building strength: “People exceptionally talented in the Empathy theme can sense other people’s feelings by imagining themselves in others’ lives or situations.”
I absolutely love writing down and organizing my ideas for various companies in regards to marketing and content creation. StrenthsFinder describes that Input is a strength of strategic thinking, and that “People exceptionally talented in the Input theme have a need to collect and archive. They may accumulate information, ideas, artifacts or even relationships.”
